Beit Zion: Rothschild's first skyscraper
When completed in the mid-1990s, Beit Zion was the first true skyscraper on Rothschild Boulevard — and opened the way for the wave of towers that transformed the boulevard's skyline.
The building, also known as Zion Tower, is located at Rothschild Boulevard 45 and was constructed between 1992 and 1994. It rises to approximately 67 metres and comprises some 18 storeys, designed by the Yaski Mor Sion architectural firm. It was named after the Zion insurance company.

The building is held by Migdal and Harel insurance companies as part of their investment portfolios. Over the years it has housed the offices of lawyers, financial companies and tech firms, and one of its floors is home to the Mindspace co-working space. At ground level, cafés and retail outlets face Rothschild Boulevard.
