Delek Group Herzliya House
On Aba Eban Boulevard, one of the central office axes of Herzliya Pituach, stands a six-storey office complex that serves as the main headquarters of Delek Group — the holding company controlled by businessman Yitzhak Tshuva. The complex spans approximately 10,600 m² on a plot of approximately 6 dunams, at the corner of Naomi Shemer Street.
The plot on which the complex stands has not always belonged to Delek Group. Previously, it was owned by the "Dan" bus company, and only in November 2015 did Delek Group purchase it for 245 million shekels. On that very plot also stands another building, leased to the Fattal hotel chain and serving as a business hotel — a combination that illustrates the mixed character increasingly defining Herzliya Pituach, where offices, hospitality and sometimes residential use share the same plots.
Alongside the existing structure, a plan has been submitted to add 30 storeys to the complex's rear section, which will include employment, hospitality and residential use. This is a move that continues the broader trend of Herzliya Pituach — a neighbourhood that began as an open space on the shoreline margins and gradually grew into Israel's most sought-after address for high-tech and venture capital.
