Beit Kalka is located on Menachem Begin Road 116, on one of Tel Aviv's central business arteries. Its location provides proximity to railway stations, Ayalon Highway and the light rail alignment that runs along the axis, alongside the Sharona complex and the neighbouring Azrieli Towers.
A major urban renewal project is planned for the site, in which a mixed-use tower comprising offices and residential units spanning dozens of storeys is expected to be built, as part of the renewal trend along Menachem Begin Road. Until the plan is realised, the building continues to function as an active office centre in the heart of the business axis.
