Beit Raim

Beit Raim, on Heroes of Israel Street – the same main axis on which the nearby Beit Sitco sits – is a three-storey office building rising above an active retail floor. This combination, offices above shops, is almost a signature of this part of the Polog industrial area: constant foot traffic on the ground floor, and a quieter working layer above.

Polog, which combines factories, logistics warehouses and office buildings alongside the renowned Diamond Court complex of Netanya, continues to expand southward – and Beit Raim, with its active commercial frontage, is an example of how the area simultaneously generates both retail commerce and an office market.
