Beit Sponder Pedelon
At the southern edge of Netanya, where the Polog industrial area meets Highway 2, stands Beit Sponder Pedelon on HaMelacha Street 4 – an office building at a scale that few others in the area match. Spanning a built area of roughly 20,000 m², and accompanied by an additional basement car park of roughly 10,000 m², this is one of the most significant structures to join the business park that has developed over the years from a mix of factories, logistics warehouses and office buildings – and within them also the complex known as "Diamond Court", the city's diamond exchange complex.
Of the building's six storeys, two are designated for retail and four for offices – a division that allows the building to function as a sort of self-contained hub: active ground floors feeding foot traffic, and above them a layer of offices in a wide range of sizes. This variety serves both large businesses seeking an entire floor, and small companies seeking a compact solution, an advantage that is not always taken for granted in an area where most supply tends toward large offices.

The building's location in Polog, Netanya's central employment area, provides its tenants with direct access to Highway 2 and the southern gate to the city – an operational advantage for businesses that depend on steady traffic between Netanya and the centre of the country.
