The Yellow House: an industrial building turned creative workspace
The Yellow House is a three-storey office building at 19 Beit Alfa Street in the Montefiore neighbourhood, part of a series of 'Coloured Houses'. Originally an industrial structure, it has been converted into a workspace for creators, artists, designers and those seeking an inspiring creative environment.
The building spans approximately 1,200 m² and comprises three floors of offices plus a roof terrace offering a unique experience for tenants. Its location above Ayalon Stream, near the Isaac Shamir Bridge, provides excellent accessibility to the main traffic arteries of southern Tel Aviv.

An old industrial structure painted yellow and given new life as a creative space.
