The Round Building
On Haim Ozer 31, along the Em HaMoshavot axis — the heart of Petah Tikva's business centre along Yitzhak Rabin Avenue — stands a unique office building in form: a rounded structure with innovative design, four storeys tall and classified as Class B. Em HaMoshavot is the area in which are located some of the city's tall office buildings, from Global Towers to the vast Amot BSR City complex, alongside historic streets such as Rothschild, Mohliver and Nordau that document the growth of the city centre from the era of the first settlement.
The Round Building stands in a busy commercial area, and is surrounded by a wide variety of businesses — restaurants, supermarkets and more — which provide those who work in it with everyday accessibility to every need, and reinforce its standing as a recognised landmark within the city's central business axis.
