On HaSivim Street 9 stands a building with a modern appearance, in the heart of the eastern industrial area known as Ramat Sivim — part of the broader Kiryat Aryeh, the largest business and industrial area of Petah Tikva. The building, four storeys high and Class C rated, enjoys a setting that is more than merely industrial: scattered along adjacent streets are various leisure complexes — bars, cafés and restaurants — that have transformed the area in recent years into a destination that does not empty with the end of working hours.
