Vertical City
In the Stock Exchange triangle in Ramat Gan, between Ben Gurion Road and Ayalon River, one of the most ambitious projects ever seen in the area that developed around the Israeli Diamond Exchange and became the city's leading business centre is taking shape: Vertical City. This is a giant project on the initiative of Israel Canada, B.S.R Group and Clal Insurance, which will include two office towers alongside a residential tower — all three above a shared retail podium.
Foundation, filling and excavation work at the site actually began in December 2025, executed by Electra Construction as part of a contract worth approximately 390 million shekels. First occupancy in the project is expected, according to estimates, only around 2029–2030 — so that at present only earth and filling work is underway, and the above-ground structure has not yet been erected.
01Two towers among the tallest in Israel According to the building permit, updated in April 2026, the two office towers will stand at 64 and 95 storeys — a figure that places them among the tallest buildings ever planned in Israel. Alongside them a residential tower of 72 storeys will be erected.
