ICON Tower
In the heart of the Stock Exchange complex in Ramat Gan, on the axis of Menachem Begin Road, rises ICON Tower — one of the projects joining in recent years the network of office towers that began to form in the area back in the 1960s, when Samson Tower, the first office building in the complex, was erected. Since then the Exchange, which grew around the Israeli Diamond Exchange, has gradually transformed from a complex of tiny industrial buildings into the leading business centre of the city: a network that today includes dozens of towers, from Moshe Aviv Tower to Twin Towers and Paz.
As of the time of writing (2025–2026), the tower is in stages of marketing and gradual occupancy: over 40% of its space has already been leased, including approximately 7,200 m² leased by SwitchUp company — one of the prominent transactions registered in the building so far.
