EAST&TLV: Mixed Use at the New Centre
The EAST&TLV project on Тоцерет ха-Арец Street, designed by Иски Мор Сион office and occupied towards the end of 2024, brings mixed use of residential and business to the heart of Tel Aviv.
The employment tower in the project comprises approximately 33 storeys, combining approximately 25 office storeys with eight storeys intended for luxury residential. A northern residential tower of 40 storeys stands beside it. The complex was erected on the site of the former Motorola complex.
The project's location affords maximum accessibility — proximity to Shalom railway station and quick access to Ayalon Highway.
