Acre Tower: Offices at the Light Rail Crossroads
At the corner of Ицхак Сдех and ха-Масгер Streets, steps from a central light rail station, rises one of the most prominent new office towers of the ха-Масгер axis.
Acre Tower, which opened in 2021, was designed by Иски Мор Сион office and built by Acre Real Estate Group. The tower comprises approximately 31 storeys, including three retail storeys at its base, and offers approximately 37,000 m² of high-standard office space.
The tower is located in the employment area between Менахем Бегин Road and ха-Масгер Street, one of the growing office hubs of central Tel Aviv. At the nearby Маарив junction, a central light rail station was planned, giving the building exceptional transport accessibility. Among its tenants is the ROOMS co-working space complex from Fattal Network.
