B.S.R. Tower 1
B.S.R. Tower 1 was built and occupied on Ben Gurion Street, at the corner of Abba Hillel — on the border between Ramat Gan and Bnei Brak, in the heart of one of Gush Dan's established business corridors, not far from long-established office streets such as Bialik, Arlosoroff, Hayetzira and HaBonin. The project includes two office towers, 25 and 35 storeys respectively, rising above a commercial floor and underground parking levels.
B.S.R. Tower 1, classified as Class A, continues to serve as an established address for offices on the Ramat Gan–Bnei Brak border — a historic anchor point for a business complex that continued to grow around it.

01Breakthrough for the business complex The tower was occupied in 2005, thereby leaving its mark on the area even before it solidified as a recognised business centre. Its occupancy paved the way for the construction of additional office towers in the area, including B.S.R. Towers 3–4, which became in time, together with Tower 1, the new business complex of Bnei Brak — the BBC.
B.S.R. Tower 1 was the first to mark the transition from bare land to a recognised business complex.
