Discount Tower: The bank's home in the heart of the city
At the intersection of Herzl Street and Yehuda HaLevi Street, in the heart of Tel Aviv's old city centre, stands the tower that served for nearly two decades as the home of Discount Bank's management.
Discount Tower, completed in the mid-2000s, was designed by Yiski Mohr Siyon architects and built by Moshe Levenstein Ltd. The tower comprises approximately 31 floors. In 2005, Discount Bank acquired 14 of its floors for approximately ₪200 million, and the building served as the bank's headquarters until 2024.

Besides Discount Bank, the tower has hosted notable tenants over the years, including the embassies of Australia and Brazil. Its location at 23 Yehuda HaLevi Street, within the Rothschild complex and at the heart of the city's historic business district, affords it excellent accessibility and proximity to central Tel Aviv's main arteries.
