Diamond Tower 1
In the Poleg industrial area — Netanya's central employment zone at the city's southern entrance along Highway 2 — a new complex is developing under the name "Diamond Towers", continuing the legacy of the "Diamond Quarter", the city's historic diamond exchange complex. In this area, alongside older manufacturing facilities, logistics warehouses and office buildings, Diamond Tower 1 is rising.
The tower, eight storeys high with a total built area of approximately 14,300 m², combines approximately 11,500 m² of offices with approximately 2,800 m² of retail, and rests on two basement parking levels. It is part of the new "Diamond Towers" complex, a multi-tower project (5-6 towers) initiated by Zabic Rosenberg Investment Group, and is currently at an advanced stage of construction.
