Diamond Tower 3 (Flagship Tower)

Diamond Tower 3, known as the "Flagship Tower", also stands in the "Diamond Towers" complex in the Poleg industrial area — Netanya's central employment zone, stretching along Highway 2 at the city's southern entrance, and identified also with the legacy of the historic "Diamond Quarter".

It is the tallest tower in the project — 35 storeys, with approximately 37,500 m² of offices and approximately 2,200 m² of retail, and approximately 350 parking spaces. Like Diamond Tower 1, Flagship Tower is also part of the same project by Zabic Rosenberg Investment Group. According to the project website, occupancy dates vary from tower to tower, with some expected until 2027.
