Jubilee Tower: 36 storeys at the gates of the Government Centre
At the corner of Kaplan Street and Menachem Begin Road, at the entrance gates to the Government Centre, rises one of the district of Sarona's most prominent towers — Jubilee Tower.
The tower, also known as "Government Centre Tower", was erected in 2005 to designs by Peleg Architects and built by Africa Israel and Menarav. Whereas the original plan included just 26 floors, it ultimately reached approximately 36 floors and a total employment area of approximately 76,000 m².

Today the tower houses a mix of government offices, high-tech companies and banks, and constitutes one of the area's major office addresses. Its location at 125 Menachem Begin Road, in the heart of the Sarona complex and adjacent to the Government Centre, affords it excellent transport accessibility and proximity to the district's commercial and entertainment hubs.
