Menorah Mivtachim Tower

01From the Getter plot to Menorah Mivtachim offices Formerly, the plot on Zhabotinsky Street 23 stood a four-storey building that served the "Getter Group" company from 1988, after it was purchased by Shlomo Mendelbaum and Ziggy Goncharovsky, the company's controlling shareholders, who bought it from Alco. In 2010, Menorah Mivtachim Group purchased the plot, intending to build on it an office tower that would serve as the company's headquarters instead of its offices in Tel Aviv and other buildings where its activities were scattered. The plan to centralise all operations under one roof in Ramat Gan dated back to 2006, but only in 2010 was the right plot found.

145.4 metres, 36 storeys, approximately 3,000 workstations — one headquarters for all the group's activities.

02Five years of construction, official inauguration Work on the plot began in 2012 and lasted five years, until the tower's completion in December 2017. In the tender for the construction of the structure, including foundation and filling works, Best Group won, with a scope of approximately 90 million shekels. Menorah Mivtachim officially inaugurated the building on 15 May 2018, with the completion of the move of its operations to it.

03A tower 145 metres high The tower rises to a height of 145.4 metres, covering an area of approximately 60,000 m²: a lobby storey with a height of 9 metres, 33 office storeys, two roof storeys and six basement car park storeys — all built with a concrete structure and external curtain walls of dark glass. Within it approximately 3,000 workstations, 14 elevators, approximately 600 parking spaces, 32 meeting rooms and a training floor. The tower stands in an area called the "Initiative Complex", named after Initiative Street to its north; to its east are Twin Towers, to its west is Moshe Aviv Tower, and to the south, along Zhabotinsky, is Elit Tower.
