Suzuki Tower: Asymmetrical architecture on Alon Avenue
Suzuki Tower, inaugurated in 2021 on the central Yigal Alon Avenue, is a modern office building designed by Yiski Mohr Siyon architects and stands adjacent to Toyota Tower.
The tower comprises approximately 17 office floors above a retail floor and three underground parking levels, and contains approximately 15,000 m² to approximately 21,500 m² of office and retail space. Its asymmetrical design, with special angles creating niches, and a combination of aluminium and curtain walls, gives it an open and bright urban appearance.
Its location on Yigal Alon Avenue, near the light rail and main traffic arteries, positions the building in one of the city's most sought-after office districts.
