Azrieli Town: An upmarket office tower on Begin Avenue
Azrieli Town Tower, completed in 2021 on Menachem Begin Road, is an upmarket approximately 36-storey office building constituting part of the Azrieli group's broad mixed-use complex in north Tel Aviv's business centre.
The tower, designed by architect Moshe Tzur, is endowed with a characteristic rectangular design with white vertical elements imparting a dynamic appearance to the skyline. The typical floor area stands at approximately 1,250 m² in Class A office standards.
Alongside the office tower, the complex includes a residential tower for rent, retail space and an urban park. The location, between Ayalon highways and the business centre, has transformed it into a sought-after destination for high-tech companies.
