Panorama Tower
Panorama Tower is also located in the Poleg industrial area — Netanya's central employment zone at the city's southern entrance — close to the complex known as the "Diamond Quarter" — the city's historic diamond exchange, which over time has become part of the broader business park network of the area.
The building, rated Class A, comprises nine storeys and spans approximately 6,850 m². Storeys 2 through 8 are designated for offices ranging in size from 36 to 2,007 m², whilst the ninth storey, the premium floor, includes a private balcony of approximately 100 m² with sea views. The project was developed and designed by Sion Group, and includes green building features, a protected room on each floor, and 3 basement parking levels with 110 spaces.
