Rothschild 22: Tower, Hotel and Heritage Building
Rising on Rothschild Boulevard, one of Tel Aviv's most prestigious addresses, stands a tower of approximately 29 storeys completed in 2014 that combines offices, a business hotel and a historic preserved building.
The tower, built by the Aviv Group, was erected on a plot that had previously served as a temporary car park, after earlier plans for a tower on the site were shelved. What makes it unique is its mixed-use programme: the Fattal hotel group established a business hotel — Hotel Rothschild 22 — on floors 2-10 with approximately 155 rooms, alongside office floors in the upper levels.

As a condition of development, the nearby historic Bakar House has been preserved, designed by architect Amnon Bar-Or. The combination of a modern skyscraper with a preserved historic building has made the project one of the most emblematic of Rothschild Boulevard's revitalisation.
