Ackerstein Towers - Building A

Tower A leads the line of four Ackerstein Towers in Herzliya Pituach – an office complex totalling approximately 125,000 m², where each of the four towers was built to 11 storeys of office space for lease, centred around a spacious, upscale and secure lobby. Building A maintains precisely those 11 storeys and is graded Class A.

Beneath ground level lies a vast car park shared by the entire complex – approximately 2,000 parking spaces – alongside an active, sought-after retail arcade serving employees across all four towers.

01An employment neighbourhood in two layers Like the complex's other towers, Building A is positioned at the intersection between Herzliya Pituach and Herzliya's industrial zone – the city's older employment sector, stretching along streets such as Sokolov and Meshkiot, blending historic industrial structures and warehouses with recently renovated office buildings at more accessible prices than those in the adjacent high-tech park.
