Ackerstein Towers - Building D
Tower D is one of four office towers that together comprise the Ackerstein Towers project in Herzliya Pituach – a complex totalling approximately 125,000 m², in which each tower was built to 11 storeys of office space for lease, opening onto a spacious, upscale and secure lobby. Building D itself comprises 12 storeys and is graded Class A.
Beneath the complex lies an expansive basement car park of approximately 2,000 spaces serving all four towers together, alongside a sought-after retail arcade that has become an integral part of the daily experience for tenants.
01Between two employment zones Ackerstein Towers sits at the boundary between Herzliya Pituach and Herzliya's industrial zone – the city's older, more traditional employment sector, extending along streets such as Sokolov and Meshkiot.
