Young Professionals Towers: A Bridge Between Two Towers
A mixed-use development at the northern end of Begin Avenue — two towers of 40 and 46 storeys connected by an elevated bridge.
The towers, designed by Yosky Mor Sion architects, stand out with their elliptical cross-section and horizontal white beams enveloping each floor, and a unique bridge facing the sky connecting the two buildings at their upper levels. The project combines residential apartments in the upper floors with offices and retail in the lower floors, including approximately 486 housing units.
The project is located on the railway axis and light rail station at Arlosoroff, and includes a dedicated transport tunnel from Highway 2 directly to the car park as well as an underground pedestrian crossing.
