Mohliver 16

A historic two-storey residential building, combining within it residential apartments alongside retail commercial properties for lease, on Mohliver Street — one of the historic streets documenting the evolution of Petah Tikva's city centre from the period of the first settlement, in the heart of an area with the settlements, the central business axis of the city along Yitzhak Rabin Road.
