Gav Yam Herzliya Centre - Building Gav Yam 1
Building Gav Yam 1 at Arye Shenkar 5 is one of six office and retail buildings that together comprise Gav Yam Herzliya Centre – a complex totalling approximately 115,000 m², extending along the coastal road. The building itself comprises 4 storeys and is graded Class B.
The complex's high-tech buildings are characterised by innovation in every aspect – cutting-edge architecture, striking interior and exterior design, and environmental development down to the smallest detail. Among the building's tenants is Microsoft, alongside other high-tech companies.
