Merkazim 2000
An established office and retail building on Meshkiot Street 32 in Herzliya, Merkazim 2000 was renovated some years ago, transforming its retail floor into a designed shopping arcade. The 3-storey building, classified as Class B, is located in Herzliya Pituach's industrial zone.
Merkazim 2000's retail floor now houses branches of Bank HaPoalim and Bank Leumi, alongside Arkefa and zer4u and other businesses – a combination that makes Merkazim 2000 not just a working address but a service hub for the surrounding area's employees. The office floors are home to, among others, Wei Communications, Top Audio, Studio Bee, and Yarkoni advertising.
The building stands on Meshkiot, one of the streets around which Herzliya's older and more traditional industrial zone has developed over the years – a corridor blending historic industrial structures and warehouses alongside recently renovated offices, in close proximity to Herzliya Pituach but at more accessible prices.
