Azrieli Rishonists: White origami at the entrance to the city
The white "origami" facade of Mann-Sheinor Architects transformed the Azrieli Group's retail and office complex into one of the recognisable buildings at the entrance to Rishon LeZion.
The complex, on Nims Boulevard 2 near the 431/412 interchange and Rishonists railway station, was built on land purchased by the Azrieli Group in 2008 for approximately ₪65 million. It comprises a three-storey mall, a 14-storey office tower and a four-level underground car park (approximately 1,400–1,500 spaces), with an investment of approximately ₪750 million.

The mall — the 16th in the group's count — opened on 14 March 2017 and brought to Israel, among others, Foot Locker and H&M Home. The office tower was occupied about a year later, housing approximately 2,000 employees to LEED Silver standard, across approximately 29,000–30,000 m² of office space.
