Amaot BSR City (BSR City)
Along Zhaborinsky Avenue, in the Ramat Siv industrial zone of Petah Tikva, near the light rail station and Yotem and Yoav bus terminal, stretches the Amaot BSR City complex—a business, retail and entertainment centre of enormous scale. The complex comprises approximately 27,000 m² of retail and entertainment space, alongside four office towers rising to 30 storeys, above which sits an underground car park with over 3,000 parking spaces.
The complex, with a construction cost estimated at approximately 1.6 billion shekels, opened in 2022—initially under the "Dan Town" brand, before a rebranding to its current name. Three years after opening, as of June 2025, the office towers reached 75% occupancy and retail spaces reached 90%.
This pace demonstrates how the complex has become one of the significant mixed-use hubs in the Ramat Siv industrial zone, in proximity to major public transport axes of the city.
