Olympia Park - Building B
On улице Мота Гура 9, in the heart of Kiryat Aria – the largest and most central industrial and business zone of Petah Tikva – stands Building B of Olympia Park, the second of the three five-storey office buildings comprising the park. The building, rated Class B, includes retail spaces on the ground floor, as is customary for all three park structures.
The entire park spans approximately 22,000 m² of office spaces, and alongside the three principal buildings includes a fourth single-storey structure serving as a café, facing a paved plaza functioning as a "green space" with an ecological pond.
