Olympia Park - Building C
Adjacent to Building B, on улице Мота Гура 7, Building C completes the ensemble of Olympia Park in Kiryat Aria – the third of the three five-storey office buildings comprising the park together, and itself also rated Class B. Like the two other buildings, it too includes retail spaces on the ground floor.
Together, the three buildings spread approximately 22,000 m² of office spaces around a shared courtyard: a fourth single-storey structure serving as a café, a paved plaza functioning as a "green space" with an ecological pond, and two basement parking levels with a capacity of approximately 600 spaces.
