Daniv Park - Бейт Гилет Yellow 3
Daniv Park in Kiryat Aria, Petah Tikva, is considered one of the first high-tech parks established in Israel. The surrounding area – with streets bearing the names of precious stones such as Одем и Шохам – has undergone in recent decades a transformation from light industry into a vibrant business and high-tech centre, where today companies such as Малм Тимс operate alongside the tall office buildings of the area, башня Офер, Амутат Платинум and Global Towers.
Бейт Гилет Yellow 3, on Йигаах Капаим Street 21, is one of the three office buildings comprising the park, beneath which are spread four levels of shared basement parking. The building was constructed to a height of four storeys and rated as Class C, offering thereby a more accessible alternative in terms of cost within the same established park.
