Ofer Park 2 - Building B
Building B in Ofer Park 2 stands on улице ХаПсагот in the heart of Kiryat Aria – the largest and most central industrial and business zone of Petah Tikva. Many of the area's streets bear the names of precious stones: Одем, Барекет, Гранит и Шохам, a reminder of the light industry that once characterised the city here, but the picture revealed today around the building is entirely different: tall office buildings such as башня Офер, Амутат Платинум and Global Towers, and numerous high-tech companies including Малм Тимс, have transformed Kiryat Aria into one of the city's most sought-after employment centres.
Ofer Park 2 was built as the direct continuation of the neighbouring Ofer Park, and was planned to high standards befitting high-tech companies and demanding offices. The park comprises four buildings of 10-13 storeys, with a total rental area of approximately 56,000 m² and approximately 1,400 parking spaces – a scale that positions it amongst the significant projects built in Kiryat Aria in recent years. Building B, at 10 storeys high, is part of this complex and rated as a Class A property.
