Ofer Park EAST - Building C
Ofer Park EAST is the continuation of the neighbouring Ofer Park Petah Tikva, a new project built to high standards suited to high-tech companies and demanding offices. The park comprises four buildings of 10-13 storeys, with a total rental area of approximately 56,000 m² and approximately 1,400 parking spaces – volumes that position it among the significant projects built in recent years in Kiryat Aria, the central industrial and business zone of Petah Tikva. The area, whose streets bear the names of precious stones, has gradually transformed from a light manufacturing centre into a high-tech and office hub, alongside the established башня Офер, Амутат Платинум and Global Towers.
Building C, on улице ХаПсагот 9, is one of the four buildings comprising the new park. At 12 storeys high and rated Class A, it ranks amongst the tall and modern buildings of Kiryat Aria.
