Ofer Park EAST - Building D
Building D on улице ХаПсагот 9 is part of Ofer Park EAST campus, the second project being established by Ofer Park in Kiryat Aria – the largest and most central industrial and business zone of Petah Tikva, which has transformed over recent decades from a light manufacturing centre into a high-tech and office hub alongside buildings such as башня Офер, Амутат Платинум and Global Towers.
Ofer Park EAST is planned with four office buildings, and alongside them a central building accessible to campus tenants and containing restaurants and services. The campus offers its tenants spaces for long-term rental, with design and planning flexibility enabling functional, smart and dynamic work space division. Building D, at 13 storeys high, is rated as a Class A property.
