Poleg Park

Poleg Park is an industrial park comprising four buildings, spread across approximately 18,000 m² on Bni Gaon Street 12, in the southern Poleg industrial area, close to IKEA. The park is characterised by three-storey construction and serves a wide range of uses — manufacturing, logistics, biotechnology, offices and high-tech.

The park is predominantly occupied by leading pharmaceutical companies, including Sanofi, positioning it as a biotechnology and industrial hub within the Poleg industrial area — Netanya's central employment zone, combining manufacturing facilities, logistics warehouses and office buildings, and including the area known as "Diamond Quarter".
