Building D in the Science Park: a green business campus in Нес Ционе
At the northern end of the Science Park in Нес Ционе, on ха-Нефет ха-Гадол Street, rises a business campus comprising four 6-storey buildings each, spread across a total area of 12 dunams. Building D is one of them, covering approximately 36,000 m² of built area, with a typical floor spanning approximately 1,222 m² gross.
Between the four buildings is planned a circular green park spanning 2 dunams, featuring an artificial ecological stream, bridges and trees – a public centre connecting the buildings. At the base of the campus is a retail floor, beneath which is a 2.5-storey underground car park.
