Microsoft Herzliya Campus
The Alan Turing Campus at 3 Alan Turing Street in Herzliya Pituach is a single-tenant office campus, developed by Israel Canada Group together with Tadhar and Acro as part of a development known as "Sea Tower". The campus, spanning approximately 44,000 to 46,000 m², comprises eight storeys of offices and laboratories and five levels of underground parking, fully occupied by Microsoft Israel as its development and business headquarters in the country — following the company's relocation from Ra'anana.
The campus was designed by Yisraeli-Sahar Architects and was occupied around 2020-2021. A notable achievement of the project: this is the first office building in Israel to receive LEED v4 GOLD certification both internally and externally — a rare environmental credential on this scale.
The street names within the campus also tell a story: they are named after Ada Lovelace and Alan Turing, two historical pioneers of computer science — a choice that aligns well with the tenant's identity. The campus is located in Herzliya Pituach, Israel's most prestigious and renowned high-tech park, alongside the flagship offices of Apple and numerous technology and venture capital headquarters that have made the area Israel's most sought-after address for high-tech.
