Malam Tims Campus – Gissin Park
On Avshalom Gissin Street, the central thoroughfare of Kiryat Aria—the largest and most central industrial and business area of Petah Tikva that has transformed over recent decades from a light industrial centre to a high-tech hub—sits the headquarters campus of Malam Tims, Israel's largest publicly-traded IT services group.
The campus comprises two new buildings of 10 storeys each, with a total area of approximately 18,000 m², accommodating around 1,200 employees. Malam Tims relocated to the complex in July 2022, after approximately 25 years at its previous address on Martin Gahl Street. The project was developed and built by Isrotel Real Estate/BST for Ard Investments Group, owned by Shelomo Eisenberg—another layer in the transformation of Kiryat Aria, alongside towers such as Ofer Tower and Amaot Platinum, into the city's sought-after high-tech address.
