Rothschild Street is one of the established streets currently reshaping the renewed character of the Old Colonies, the central business axis of Petah Tikva that stretches along Yitzhak Rabin Road. Alongside it are streets like Mohliver and Nordau, chronicling the city centre's development from the early colonial period to the high office towers that house the area today, including Global Towers and the Amaot BSR City complex.
On Rothschild 79 itself stands a B-grade office and retail building, located in the city centre near the Interior Ministry and Beilinson Hospital. The building houses a large supermarket, a residential hotel and numerous other businesses—a combination that transforms it into an active and multi-purpose landmark in the heart of the area, more than just an office building.
