Tidhar Lagoon

Tidhar Lagoon is an innovative international office tower, planned to include 32 office storeys, 2 retail storeys, 5 basement parking levels and a public roof, within a lakes park in Netanya. The project is presented as the tallest office tower in Netanya and the Sharon region as a whole, with a declared investment of approximately 550 million NIS.

The project is the result of joint development by Tidhar Group and "Dizengoff Trade Company", with architectural design by Reni Zis and BLK. The tower is planned to meet LEED GOLD green building standards, positioning it in the category of prominent sustainable commercial projects in the region.

Groundbreaking took place in June 2023, sub-basement work was completed at the end of 2024, and occupancy is expected in the fourth quarter of 2026. Already at this stage, more than 6 storeys in the tower have been sold, indicating early demand for the flagship project of the Lakes Park.
