The Diamond Exchange complex in Ramat Gan is the city's leading and most recognised business centre, on the border of Tel Aviv-Jaffo and Givataim. The area developed around the Israeli Diamond Exchange, and alongside the giant towers that rose there over the decades — Moshe Aviv Tower, Sapir Tower, Twin Towers and Paz Towers — older and more compact buildings continue to function. One of them is the building on Tuvall Street 22: an old, well-maintained and central building serving offices and retail.
Today, approximately 100 m² of offices are offered for rent in the building — a relatively small space, but at an address considered one of the most sought-after in the Gush Dan area.
