The Diamond Exchange complex in Ramat Gan is known primarily for its tall towers, but alongside them continue to function old and well-maintained office buildings on a more modest scale. One of them is the building on Tuvall Street 38: a well-maintained 7-storey office building, classified as Class B, in an excellent and accessible location near the Stock Exchange complex.
Proximity to the complex, which houses dozens of office towers including Moshe Aviv Tower and Twin Towers, gives the building's tenants all the benefits of Ramat Gan's central business area.
